1. About this website

The website introduces Katmansoft, its software and its services, offers free engineering tools, and lets you contact us.

Licences for our software are agreed separately. Those agreements, not these terms, govern the software you license from us.

2. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes. You must not:

• try to get into parts of the website or its systems that aren't meant for you, or interfere with how it works,
• send automated or bulk messages through its forms,
• copy the website's content in bulk, or use it to build a competing service.

We may limit or block access for anyone who doesn't follow these rules.

3. Free tools

The psychrometric chart, the mixed air calculator, the unit converter and any other free tools are offered free of charge, as they are. They run in your browser, and the values you enter aren't sent to us.

Their results are for information. Before you rely on a result in a design, a quote or any other decision, have it checked by a qualified engineer against the applicable standards and the manufacturer's data. We don't guarantee that the tools are free of errors or always available, and we aren't responsible for decisions made using their results.

You may use the results you get in your own work and projects.

4. Information about our software

Descriptions, screenshots and videos of our software are general information. Features, modules and availability can change, and not every feature is part of every licence. What you receive is what your agreement with us says.

5. Intellectual property

The website's content, including its texts, logos, pictures, screenshots, videos and software, belongs to Katmansoft or is used with permission. You may view it and share links to it. You may not copy, change or publish it without our written permission.

6. Links and embedded content

The website links to other sites and can show videos from YouTube. A video loads from YouTube only when you press play. From then on, YouTube's own terms and privacy policy apply to it. We aren't responsible for other sites' content or practices.

7. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from the use of the website or its free tools, or from not being able to use them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.

8. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version shown here is the one that applies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Bursa are competent for any dispute, without prejudice to the rights consumers have under the law.
