2. Personal data processed

• Identity (your name),
• Contact (your email address and, if you give it, your phone number),
• Professional (the company you work for, if you give it),
• Customer transaction (the subject and content of your message, and the language of the page),
• Transaction security (your IP address, the addresses requested, times and your browser's description),
• Visit statistics (the pages viewed, the page you came from, your browser, device type and country, without cookies).

3. Purposes of processing

• answering your requests and questions, and preparing the demo or offer you ask for,
• protecting the forms against spam and automated submissions,
• ensuring the security of the website and our systems, and finding and fixing errors,
• measuring how the website is used, to improve it,
• meeting our legal obligations and answering the requests of authorized public bodies.

4. Collection method and legal grounds

Your data is collected electronically, through the forms you fill in on the website and automatically while you use it.

It is processed on these grounds in Article 5(2) of the KVKK:

• (c) for demo and offer requests, processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract,
• (f) for answering your messages and for the security of the website, processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms,
• (ç) processing is necessary for us to meet a legal obligation.

5. Transfer of personal data

Your data may be transferred, within the purposes above and under Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to:

• the service providers that host the website, carry and protect its traffic, count visits, check form submissions and deliver our email, in particular Cloudflare, Inc., which is located in the United States, so this is a transfer abroad under Article 9 of the KVKK,
• authorized public institutions and organizations, when the law requires it.

6. Retention period

Messages sent through the forms are kept for 2 years from when they arrive and then deleted automatically. The website's technical logs are kept for up to 30 days. Data may be kept longer when the law requires it.

7. Your rights under Article 11

You have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed,
• request information about it if it is,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose,
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
• request its correction if it is incomplete or wrong,
• request its deletion or destruction under the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK,
• request that the third parties it was transferred to are told about such a correction, deletion or destruction,
• object to a result against you that arises from its analysis exclusively by automated systems,
• claim compensation for damage caused by its unlawful processing.

8. How to apply

You can send your request under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in writing to Alacamescit Mahallesi, Tek Sokak No: 12, Daire: 2 Heykel, Osmangazi, 16030 Bursa, Türkiye, or by email to [email protected] from the email address you used with us. We answer free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If answering has a cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
